No drift being indicated by the lead line. Weather generally overcast and gloomy with light variable airs during forenoon, followed by light southerly and easterly breeze in the afternoon and evening. Steady followed by falling barometer and pleasant temperature. Cleaned bilges. Carpenters engaged in making keel runners for boats. Moon 11° S. Full moon
